What is difference between Hacking and Cracking

The main difference is that a hacker mostly called as a person who attack a computer but don't do any damage or harm but a cracker is a person who do the same thing as hackers in the first place but the difference is in the second part which makes them separate, cracker DO case the damage and harms to individuals and public website and computers but the cyber law points of view both of them consider as a crime due to the computer crime Act 1997 but cracker are more accused since you may don't understand if hackers attack you but once he turn out to be a cracker and make you feel damage or harm you or your computer you will find out that some body may using your information, for instance if a cracker attack your laptop and get the information about your credit cart and he or she use this information you will definitely soon figure it out once you see the credit cart bill that is exact moment that you may go for suing the cracker in order to make your money back, but for most of hackers since you didn't get any damage or harm you won't do anything but it's still crime under the cyber law computer crime ACT 1997.

Hackers and Crackers

"Cracker -. This is the term commonly used to describe a malicious hacker, crackers commit all sorts of misdeeds, including failure or" Crack copy protection "on the software programs, to penetrate the system and producing damage by changing the data, or steal. the Hackers call crackers as a group, less educated individuals that cann’t really create thir own work, and simply steal the work of others, or for personal gain. "

"Hacker - Someone who tries to understand the computer, telephone or other systems wholly for the satisfaction of having this knowledge hackers wondering how things work, and have an incredible interest, hackers sometimes go to questionable legal things, such as to penetrate the system. . but generally do not cause damage once you break a hacker to break in contrast to the term. "

It looks good. These are certainly two types of people, so I understand why a Hacker would be angry to be called a Cracker. This is the part that I am, however: "The Hackers are sometimes questionable legal things, like entering into the system, but usually do not cause damage, once stopped"

What is the definition for cyber law

Cyber Law always considered as the set of rules which have been created in order to govern computer and internet and prevent people form abusing this stuff for whether fun or criminal purpose,
As an example I can mention cases such as banking or credit cart fraud, cyber attack against individual and governments which known as cyber war, virus attack, tax evasion, email hijacking, hacking and cracking which is my title for this weblog, cyber sabotage or many others. in many countries cyber issue is very young law which needed lots of regulation for being complete, in Malaysia government start to regulate the cyber space since 1997 later on we will discus about more issues mainly about hacking and cracking in cyber space and some cases in all around the globe.
